I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel during my recent business trip to Beijing. the location was fantastic, with a mall conveniently located across the street and the Winterless Conference Center just behind the building. Being on the subway Line no, it made getting around the city a breeze.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

One might encounter difficulty communicating with the restaurant staff if they don't know the language well.

The hotel had comfortable beds and friendly staff, but what we liked the most were the free toiletries and the daily room cleaning. The hotel was located in a prime spot surrounded by local restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

Moreover, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay as well. Last but not least, the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and had a wide variety of options that suited my dietary needs.

Nothing major to complain about, everything was okay.

The location was good - it was near many restaurants and shops, and within walking distance of the subway. the staff were friendly and helpful. One good aspect was that the room had a mini bar, which was convenient.

The room was not clean, there were stains on the carpets and walls and the bed sheets were not changed during the three nights I stayed. the bathroom had a bad smell, and the shower didn't have hot water.
